Domus provides a cloud-based platform for development viability assessment, feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and planning intelligence for residential development and capital deployment teams.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account with others

6. User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant Domus a license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Domus harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
