He knows what developers and capital teams actually need because he's lived both sides.
Richard is a technology leader with experience building platforms that handle complex workflows and regulatory requirements. He's led engineering teams at PropTech startups and understands how to bring structure to chaotic processes. At Domus, he's responsible for turning messy property workflows into elegant, scalable software.
