Founder
James spent over a decade in UK property development, working on residential schemes from 5 to 200+ units. He built Domus after watching too many good deals die in spreadsheet limbo and seeing finance teams struggle with fragmented underwriting processes. He knows what developers and capital teams actually need because he has worked both sides of that problem.
