Common Migration Questions

What if our data is messy or inconsistently formatted?

We handle this frequently. Our Domus specialists can work with you to clean data, standardise categories, and reorganise project structures. Usually 1-2 hours of work.

Do we have to migrate everything, or just recent projects?

Up to you. We recommend migrating your last 10-20 projects for reference. Historical projects can stay in archive (Excel/SharePoint). They don't need to live in Domus.

Will the numbers match exactly?

Usually 95%+. Small differences can arise from rounding or methodology differences between your formula and Domus. We reconcile these in Step 4 and adjust assumptions if needed.

What format do you accept?

Excel (.xlsx), CSV, Google Sheets, or direct copying. We can also accept proprietary formats. Just ask our team.
